Job Description

The objective of the role:

Plan, execute, control, and analyze all issues related to the scientific and marketing of the dermatology department under the direct supervision of the general manager.

Roles:

  • Provide a comprehensive plan for training and scientific department.
  • Provide and update the strategic plans of the market research to have effective actions in the market with the sales development and improvement.
  • Set marketing and scientific plans aligned with the sales annual target for all dermatology products.
  • Monitor the team for customer training and technical and clinical presentations
  • Update the clinical presentation.
  • Plan and maintain e-marketing activities of the company including the company's websites, consumer websites, e-communication, etc.
  • Provide the content and update articles for social media and website.
  • Plan to have an effective workshop regarding scientific actions.
  • Benchmark the best practices in the market and implement the relative ones.
  • Establish and develop close relationships with KOL and leverage the relationship in order to come up with customized marketing activities designed for such accounts.
  • Develop a comprehensive customer satisfaction system.
  • Evaluate and provide an actionable plan based on the customer satisfaction system outcomes.
  • Cooperate with the sales manager and general manager the present effective, creative plans for the proper launch of the new products to the market.
  • Supervise and control the marketing planning, and activities for timely and qualified target participation in related seminars, congresses, and exhibitions as well as qualified and timely advertising goods preparation and delivery.
  • Provide the improvement plans with the analytical, and economical assessment for the management as an aspect of the statistical and other information received related to the market, price, etc.
  • Communicate with the other company's department for better performance and collaboration in developing the sales.
  • Working days: Saturday to Wednesday from 9:00 to 18:00.

Requirements

  • Minimum age: 35 years old.
  • High preference to have an MD certificate or PhD in Biology or any other related fields.
  • 5+ proven managerial experience preferably in medical products.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to travel within the country and/or abroad.
  • Knowledge of biology science.
  • Knowledge of marketing and advertising planning.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Effective strategic planning abilities.
  • Strong planning, organizing, and acting on a timely target.
  • High Flexibility to the changes and dynamic environment.
  • Effective forecasting, and budgeting skills.
