Job Description
Summary: The primary role of a sales responsible and business developer is to act as a hub, or central point, of information for different modules of a business. The job is to call on new potential clients as well as on existing clients and to manage the flow of information between the various involved parties and departments of a business or organization. Responsibilities also include; acquiring meeting appointments to present Bosch TT combinations of technology to new clients, following up with prospects on behalf of the company, putting together marketing, training materials and other sales materials for client meetings, data entry, and managing prospect information flow between departments. General Administration duties will be also part of the daily work. Job Responsibilities: - Identify potential key accounts and professionals such as food industry, restaurant and hotel chains, utilities, state energy departments, real estate holdings, FCM service providers, hospital companies, farmer associations, school districts, etc. - Manage and strengthen relationships with existing and new business partners as well as establish key contacts at each business site. - Support new business efforts by compiling start-up materials for client, distributing copies of completed start-up materials and set-up of initial Client Information sheets. - Promote solid working relationships with the businesses as well as assisting our partners in maximizing their benefits from TT product portfolio to include training programs, workshops and opportunities that clients and employees can participate in. - Resolve all complex inquiries from clients and ensures customer satisfaction. - Analyze and provide report of contacted new potential clients vs. meeting appointment awards monthly to visualize and document success of these business developing activities - Provide customer service to ensure understanding of the complete and full range of TT products and services, like distributing technical binders to clients, actual TT warranty statements and procedures - Support to set up new commercial customer accounts and provide new customer with entire product information package - Deliver a high level of customer service to existing and new accounts - Taking minutes of commercial team meetings as/when required - Assisting with preparation of commercial documentation including Confidentiality Agreements and formatting and editing various documents - Providing general administrative assistance and support to the team - Organizing team events, e.g. Engineering application dinners with key customers, customer round tables - Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required - Frequent over-night and/or domestic travel required
Requirements
- Exceptional listening skills to focus on the real customer needs and above average technical aptitude - Solid ability to deliver results in a fast paced and cross-functional environment to support market and customer driven projects - Strong ability to direct and motivate others and build consensus using good written and verbal communication skills - Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and plan complex work for self in a rapidly changing environment - High motivation, energy, and discipline, and very good presentation skills - Clear understanding of HVAC business in Iran - Good computer experience, Word, Excel, SAP, Outlook, PowerPoint and CAD software - Experience in large multinational organization is preferred - Graduate level and educated in a relevant subject such as Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and/or Business Administration - Minimum 3-5 years of related experience in B2B, B2C or high tech environments delivering customer driven solutions - Knowledge of Commercial Heating products, gas and electric appliances, boilers, water heaters, solar thermal systems and geothermal heat pumps strongly preferred - Excellent command of Farsi and English as well as external communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customer - Good level of administration skills and experience in a similar Sales Support/Admin role would be highly adventitious - Good knowledge of the HVAC industry is required - Extremely organized and able to do multi task - Requires good numeracy and excellent skills in Excel and Word
