Pros
PNRA is a decent place to start your journey as an employer. They certainly know how to pick junior talents and turn them into senior employees that know their way around.
Cons
Difficulties I had with PNRA mostly revolve around how employees were managed once the company was not a startup anymore. As the company grewm it's management grew even harder and the management team seems like were not ready yet to face certain issues.
