Baran Group is currently looking for an experienced, highly motivated Hotel/Tower Manager to take control of the day-to-day operations of the Tower.
As Hotel/Tower Manager you will work with, and develop, the team to provide exceptional resident service, continually exceeding the highest possible standards whilst overseeing the smooth running of the hotel/tower operations ensuring the tower objectives are met and maintained at all times through maximizing occupancy, revenue, and maintaining and building on the reputation of the tower.
Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, and manage overall tower daily operations.
Conducts budgeting and financial planning.
Plan and organize hotel activities to optimize services.
Manage and monitor hotel expenses.
Manage and track hotel inventory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with residents.
Suggest and implement new ideas.
Onboard new tower staff.
Evaluate staff performance.
Ensure safety and adherence to rules and regulations.
Prepare and manage schedules and shifts.
Requirements
You will be an excellent communicator and have greatly developed organizational and communication skills, being able to thrive within a high-pressure environment. As a hotel/tower manager, you must be a real team player, whilst being able to adapt and take charge in a variety of situations. You will have the highest attention to detail, whilst satisfaction from service opportunities for new and existing residents and training your team to deliver the same.
Proven experience as a hotel/tower manager or a relevant role.
Knowledge of hotel management.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
5 years of experience in management.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Great decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Good leadership skills.
Ability to motivate staff.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a relevant field.
