*Duties and responsibilities

• Formulating the macro strategy of information technology and digital transformation in coordination with the goals of the organization.
• Preparation and implementation of medium and long-term technology development plans.
• Monitoring the implementation of technology projects (software systems, infrastructure, artificial intelligence, data mining, etc.).
• Management of networks, servers, data centers and cyber security.
• Supervision of technical support of users and operational systems.
• Ensuring the stability, efficiency and security of the organization's IT services.
• Policymaking in the field of software design, production, purchase or localization.
• Supervision of systems architecture, databases and system integrity.
• Developing and implementing information security policies (Information Security Policy).
• Creation of data governance structure and compliance with privacy laws.
• Managing technical teams and monitoring the performance of IT units.
• Compilation of the annual information technology budget and cost control.
• Directing digital transformation projects and smartening processes.
• Identifying and applying new technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, big data and cloud computing.
