Job Description

We are looking for an IT specialist to join our IT team.

In this role, you will;

 

  • Following H&S, food defense, and environmental rules regarding IT activities to ensure people and the planet are considered as the first priority.
  • Monitoring networks and services in the factory to make sure the connectivity is correctly running.
  • Installing and debugging software and hardware to ensure IT systems are up and running.
  • Updating IT local documents based on Bel standards to assist in managing IT inventories.
  • Tracking cybersecurity breaches to protect Bel RZN’s IT system and data from cyber threats.
  • Maintaining documentation for IT processes, systems, and security measures to ensure IT systems comply with Bel and local standards.
  • Troubleshooting problems, answering user queries, and providing training on IT systems to provide technical support to Bel RZN staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Assisting the IT team regarding new projects and implementing IT infrastructure to support Bel RZN operations.
  • Testing applications and IT devices based on Bel standards to ensure that systems are upgraded and new technologies are working.
  • Providing support 24 hours 7 days a week for Bel RZN users to make sure business sustainability is met aligning with IT requirements.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, or IT.
  • Preferably 1 year of experience in application, software, and Operating Systems (OS).
  • Working knowledge of computer installation.
  • Working knowledge of application and operating systems management skills (Microsoft Windows 10 and 11, Android and IOS).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Working knowledge of problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Good organization, time management, and prioritization.
  • Efficient troubleshooting abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing, and active listening.
  • Great customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Network+ and Windows Server (preferably).
  • Basic English knowledge.
