Main Responsibilities :
Determining sales and profit targets, and also estimating cost to achieve the targets
Being innovative and motivated for increasing sales by designing new strategies
Updating information relates to pricing flows and product inventory in the market in daily basis
Supervision of correct activities relates to receiving orders, issuing draft, sale authority, product delivery and invoices
Making sure if the products have been delivered on time
Making sure if the right procedures are done for customer claims and also evaluating customer satisfaction
Offering solutions for increasing sales, effectiveness and efficiency
Measuring and planning to increase customer satisfaction
Estimating and forecasting product sales by month, quarterly, every 6 month and yearly
Analyzing sales statistics and report to CEO
Plan and arrange training courses for sales experts
Exchanging ideas with marketing manager for advertising etc.
Plan to visit the customers and re-sellers and inviting them for improving company’s information
Planning and controlling representatives
Requirements
University qualifications: BSc in Business Administration, Metallurgy
Previous experience: 5-10 years
Specialist knowledge: Familiar with business management principles and fundamentals
Familiar with quality control principles
Familiar with Steel technical specifications
Other Skills: Microsoft Office, CRM
