We are a dynamic and expanding international logistics provider, specializing in integrated transportation, freight forwarding, and Value-Added Services (VAS). We are seeking high-caliber, energetic, and experienced professionals to fill three strategic roles within our organization

position 1: Sales & Pricing Specialist (International Freight)
Focus: Market Development, Strategic Quotations, and Client Relations.
- Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new B2B clients (Exporters/Importers).
Procure competitive rates by liaising with international agents and carriers.
Prepare and follow up on comprehensive commercial quotations for Sea, Air, and Road shipments.
- *Key Requirements: Strong negotiation skills, fluency in English, and an in-depth understanding of Incoterms 2020.


Position 2: Sea Freight Operations Specialist
Focus: FCL/LCL Shipments, Shipping Line Coordination, and Documentation.
- Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end sea freight operations (Booking, Vessel Tracking, and Delivery).
Manage shipping documentation (Drafting Bills of Lading, Manifests, etc.).
Coordinate with port authorities, terminals, and shipping lines to ensure smooth cargo movement.
- *Key Requirements: Detailed knowledge of maritime regulations, port operations, and container management.

Position 3: Road & Rail Operations Specialist
Focus: International Transit, Fleet Coordination, and Multi-modal Solutions.
- Key Responsibilities:
Manage international road transport (FTL/LTL) and rail shipments.
Coordinate with truck drivers, rail operators, and border agents.
Monitor transit times and handle documentation such as CMR, CIM/SMGS, and transit permits.
- *Key Requirements: Familiarity with international transit routes, border crossing procedures, and rail logistics.

General Qualifications for all Candidates:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the freight forwarding and International transportation company.
- Language: Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential for all roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and logistics software.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
