Job Description
The nature of the job is B 2 B business and main purpose are to effectively lead the sales team to achieve business and sales objectives. Also preparation of commercial plan in terms of sales and funds needed to achieve.
Main Responsibilities:
• Responsible to achieve the sales targets and meet the set budgets.
• Lead, coach, give regular feedback and recognize the team’s efforts and results.
• Support with building key customer relationship for sustainable business growth, Implement effective spend strategy, optimizing leads generation process via trade shows, telesales and direct contact.
• Managing third party suppliers on the Trade assets management related activities, in alignment with best practices.
• Implement the Trade Assets Management Best Practices and develop operations team in the region.
• Manage Nestle Beverage Service Partners and report identified KPIs,
• Ensure proper stock supply through accurate monthly forecast.
