Terms and Conditions for the Head-Hunting Service
These terms constitute a mutual agreement between the buyer of the product—hereinafter referred to as the “Employer”—and Nobough Afarinan Arya Company—hereinafter referred to as “IranTalent.” The payment of the initial deposit for the recruitment process implies acceptance of these terms. It is mandatory for the Employer to introduce a representative and an alternative contact in case the primary representative is unavailable. The purchased service is designed to deliver the most suitable resumes. The first resume will be provided no later than two working weeks after the initial deposit is paid and the job profile is approved by both parties. If the first candidate is rejected for any reason, the second resume will be delivered within one working week after feedback is received from the Employer regarding the previously introduced candidate. This process will continue for up to three resumes in total.
The services under this offering include:
Bronze Package: Job profile preparation, sourcing, quality control of resumes, and phone interviews.
Silver Package: Job profile preparation, sourcing, quality control of resumes, phone interviews, and HR interviews.
Gold Package: Job profile preparation, sourcing, quality control of resumes, phone interviews, HR interviews, reference checks, technical interviews, and assessments through tests or tasks (up to three tests/tasks).
The Employer must contact shortlisted candidates within 48 working hours of receiving their resumes. Additionally, interview arrangements must be made within 7 working days with these individuals.
Limitations of Liability
IranTalent bears no responsibility for fulfilling its obligations if the Employer fails to meet any of their commitments during any stage of the process.
IranTalent is not liable for any agreements or obligations made between the Employer and the candidate.
IranTalent is not responsible for the candidate's attendance at the scheduled interview time.
IranTalent is not liable for any inaccuracies in the candidate's statements or information provided in their resume.
IranTalent is not responsible for any potential breaches of employment agreements by the candidate with their current or previous employers, such as confidentiality, non-compete clauses, or other labor regulations.
Financial Obligations
Any legal deductions and additional costs such as taxes, insurance, currency conversion, or bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the Employer.
Once the process has commenced, payment of all fees is mandatory, and the agreement cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.
Amendments to the Agreement
IranTalent reserves the right to amend or revise the terms of this agreement and the rules on its website as needed by adding clauses at its discretion. Any revised version will replace all prior versions once published on the website or made available to you by other means. Your continued use of the service after the updated version has been published or made available constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
General Provisions
If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid by a competent court, the invalidity of all or part of that provision shall not affect the validity of other provisions, which will remain fully enforceable.
None of the Employer's obligations under this agreement may be waived or breached.
