To support team activities in the fintech product development in different phases.
To oversee the implementation, deployment, and integration of mobile financial services (MFS) solutions and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, and sustainable solutions.
To gather, challenge, clarify, and document technical requirements coming from it, business, brand, and leadership, and then formulate technical solutions to prepare user and solution requirement specifications (URS and SRS).
To supervise the DevOps team by assigning and monitoring workflow and ensuring quality and efficiency of work.
To collaborate with all MTNIrancell digital service partners to focus on internal and external client satisfaction, efficiency, and flawless execution of OLAS and SLAS.
To collaborate with the digital department's senior and general manager in designing and implementing internal and external MFS P&S strategy and roadmap.
To benchmark best practices in the MFS area and suggest improvement in business.
To manage generation and validation of different reports including ad-hoc for line manager and other requesters concerning MFS activity and team activities.
To ensure all applications for the MFS are in place, including merchant services applications and customer-related applications.
To embed all MFS infrastructure services in the MTNIrancell super app and ensure related features and reporting are in place.
To prepare and finalize contracts with technical partners and vendors to establish the product.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Software Programming, or Software Engineering; a Master’s degree is a plus.
At least 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
Experience in working with database management.
Excellent programming and/or scripting skills are a plus.
