Job Description

  • Participating in the human resources planning process.
  • Ongoing coordination with managers and supervisors to advance various stages of the recruitment and hiring process.
  • Sourcing candidates and screening resumes from various online and offline channels.
  • Coordinating with candidates and scheduling HR interviews.
  • Participating in behavioral interviews.
  • Contributing to the diagnosis and continuous improvement of the recruitment and hiring process.
  • Preparing and presenting periodic recruitment and hiring reports.
  • Participating in employer branding initiatives, including attending job fairs and other related programs.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in talent sourcing methods.
  • Knowledge, skills, experience, and confidence in conducting behavioral (competency-based) interviews and effectively analyzing interview results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
