Job Description
- Participating in the human resources planning process.
- Ongoing coordination with managers and supervisors to advance various stages of the recruitment and hiring process.
- Sourcing candidates and screening resumes from various online and offline channels.
- Coordinating with candidates and scheduling HR interviews.
- Participating in behavioral interviews.
- Contributing to the diagnosis and continuous improvement of the recruitment and hiring process.
- Preparing and presenting periodic recruitment and hiring reports.
- Participating in employer branding initiatives, including attending job fairs and other related programs.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in talent sourcing methods.
- Knowledge, skills, experience, and confidence in conducting behavioral (competency-based) interviews and effectively analyzing interview results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
