Lead medical team activities related to the whole franchise.
Final review and approval of all promotional material, PR and MCM, slide sets, training materials, advisory board contents, and scientific events contents.
Lead KOL interaction, advocacy development, and territory mapping of MSLs.Provide strategic guidance for developing an annual medical tactical plan.
Ensure all medical activities are planned, executed, and run in compliance with Varian Pharmed SOP.
Ensure the pharmacovigilance process is implemented and followed.
Manage resources as appropriate to address business needs.
Lead regular team meetings.
Update, and track progress against priority.
Requirements
MD or PharmD.
At least 3 years of experience in the medical team as a medical advisor; at least 2 years of experience in people management and team leadership.
Medical and scientific writing skills.
Knowledge of assigned therapeutic areas with the ability to interact with relevant KOLs.
Good understanding of the pharmaceutical market and strategies.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
