Job Description

AI/ML Engineer for Custom Large Language Model (LLM) Development;

We are looking for a versatile AI/ML engineer to join our team full-time to develop and deploy custom large language models (LLMs) across various applications within our business. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in machine learning, NLP, and LLM deployment and is excited to innovate within a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model Development & Deployment: Design, train, and deploy custom LLMs tailored to specific business needs, optimizing for accuracy, speed, and cost-effectiveness.
• Future Platform Integration: Collaborate on projects that apply LLM capabilities to digital marketing automation, data analysis, and other evolving business needs.
• Continuous Improvement: Conduct ongoing training and fine-tuning of models, implementing feedback loops to improve accuracy and relevance.
• Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with cross-functional teams, document processes, and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing.
• Qualifications:
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience with LLaMA, GPT, or other transformer-based model architectures.
• Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and large-scale model fine-tuning.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and strategies for scalable deployment.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in machine learning, focusing on NLP and LLMs; experience with production deployments preferred.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to create innovative, resource-efficient solutions for varied applications, prioritizing both accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
