Job Overview:
As a product specialist, you will be responsible for managing user or customer needs. Your primary focus will be ensuring products meet user needs, closely collaborating with the product manager and customer support team, and delivering innovative solutions to enhance the user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify user needs and expectations and translate them into actionable product features.
- Analyze user feedback and monitor product performance to identify strengths and weaknesses.
- Prepare and maintain product-related documentation, including feature guides, manuals, and usage instructions.
- Work closely with product, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product features.
- Organize training sessions and provide product information to internal teams.
- Generate and provide reports based on customer requirements to ensure their needs are met effectively.
- Monitor user needs and provide regular reports to the product manager.
- Test the products before delivery to the customers.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in product management or analysis.
- Strong documentation and communication skills to convey concepts to various teams.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools such as Jira.
- Proficiency in Excel to create reports.
- Familiarity with web technologies like HTML, CSS, and APIs.
- Excellent time management and task prioritization in dynamic environments.
- Familiarity with product design principles, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI).
