Job Description
- Develop, implement, and optimize business processes using BPMS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather process requirements and ensure seamless integration.
- Analyze data to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
- Provide expertise in the configuration and customization of BPMS tools.
- Document processes, workflows, and system configurations for reference and training purposes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering.
- Proven experience as a BPMS Specialist or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of BPMS tools and systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
