  • Develop, implement, and optimize business processes using BPMS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather process requirements and ensure seamless integration.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
  • Provide expertise in the configuration and customization of BPMS tools.
  • Document processes, workflows, and system configurations for reference and training purposes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering.
  • Proven experience as a BPMS Specialist or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of BPMS tools and systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
