Job Description

Creating and increasing the recognition and awareness of Filimo brand among the target audience and conveying the brand message to them through the design and implementation of marketing campaigns, based on the comprehensive marketing plan and market research outcomes, in a way that the quantitative and qualitative objectives of the brand and sales are met. 

Roles:

  • Prepare a comprehensive operational plan for advertising campaigns and implementation.
  • Complete coordination and compliance with brand standards.
  • Negotiate with marketing agencies and choose the best partner agency.
  • Report campaigns’ outcomes.
  • Prepare a budget for the brand activation department and advance projects based on it
  • Hold events and campaigns.
  • Collect users'/customer's criticisms and recommendations - ensuring consumer satisfaction.

Main Tasks:

  • Setting the monthly, quarterly, and annual operating plan in accordance with the marketing and brand strategy and schedule.
  • Participating in campaign design meetings by collecting and providing information related to the desired fields
  • Participating in the campaign creative ideation forum and preparation of the Consumer Journey document.
  • Formating the field forces team.
  • Finding new channels for effective activation to achieve awareness/trial goals.
  • Planning and implementing co-branding projects with Filimo business partners
  • Rolling out brand strategies in the field.
  • Implementing advertising and promotional projects according to the approved budget with the help of external contractors after obtaining the necessary approvals.
  • Negotiating with suppliers focusing on the interests of the organization and ensuring that the desired service level is received.
  • Preparing and presenting performance reports based on the guidelines set by the CMO.
  • Implementing CRM process according to ISO standards.
  • Planning to implement monitoring processes of consumers, customers, and suppliers.

Requirements

  • Getting to know the principles and concepts of campaign and marketing.
  • Ability to plan and implement purposeful and intelligent field programs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people and do interdepartmental work.
  • Getting to know the concepts of team leadership and situational leadership.
  • Familiarity and mastery of BTL activities.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in a similar position
  • Team management experience
  • Work experience in multinational companies is an advantage
