Job Description
The incumbent will ensure flawless operations of the brand ambassador project and enable brand activators and 3rd party backup teams to perform at their best. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring the project execution through close monitoring, coordination 3rd parties' daily tasks, and reporting to the line manager. The brand activation associate should be proactive in developing processes and initiative in problem-solving. A person with a passion for inspiring and leading high-performance teams.
Areas of responsibility:
- Monitor and track the performance of agencies, and data quality, both on an individual and collective level providing status updates. Alignments between JTI and agencies on the objectives and processes.
- Prepare and share analysis and performance reports in addition to sharing the best practices with the line manager.
- Regularly meet with 3rd party suppliers to jointly evaluate performance, discuss feedback, and share insights through field visits, and sharing reports with the line manager.
- Observe and monitor the dynamic of the market for insights generation and uncover improvement potentials for the program and discuss them with the brand ambassador team and line manager, sharing solutions and alternative options for better project implementation.
- Co-lead series of onboarding and training processes of agencies' teams i.e. conducting training events and field visits and on-the-job training.
- Act as a brand ambassador representative with 3rd parties face to face and online by sharing content and demonstrating industry, product, and competitor information.
- Persuading and negotiating ability for conveying the business objectives across the agencies' team and the trade.
- Support in budgeting and keeping a record of the project inventory at JTI and suppliers’ level, monitor the incentives distribution and settlement at POS.
- Support in setting up KPIs and monitoring achievement and relevant incentives
- Support in monitoring 3rd party CRM systems and P&C payrolls and issues.
Candidate Profile:
Education:
- A university degree (an MBA degree; Engineering fields, Business, or Commercial Administration).
Work Experience and Competence:
- At least 3 years of work experience in marketing and sales in FMCG.
Languages and Computer Skills:
- Fluent in English writing and verbal.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
