Job Description:
Plan and execute all BTL activities - campaigns, events (roadshows, exhibitions, conferences, seminars), promotions (pamphlets, handbills, brochures), and brand/service placement.
Control events including preparation and performing events and exhibitions
Keep track of competitor BTL and ATL activities – events, activation, and offline research, and get new ideas for activation.
Coordinate with regional teams for city-specific marketing activities.
Work closely with the marketing team.
Handling all Media suppliers and communication tools, including print, rollups, outdoor, magazine also media booking agencies according to the media plans.
Manage the relationship with the advertising agencies.
Assist in creating, implementing, and developing an annual marketing plan.
Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
Develop draft advertising text and layouts as part of campaign materials.
Plan and supervise the seasonal on-ground activations and promotions.
Design and implement POS (Point of Sale) materials.
Responsible for preparing and arranging our project launch plans.
Prepare reports, specifications, and creative briefs.
Unlock new partnerships and business by working with the operations team and the city head.
Meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or an MBA graduate.
5+ years of managerial experience in trade marketing, in-store communication, or similar roles.
