About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative, results-driven Campaign Specialist to lead high-impact campaigns that drive user growth and lead generation. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally, manage budgets, and use data insights to continuously optimize campaign performance.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel campaigns aligned with business goals (e.g., user acquisition, lead generation, brand awareness).
• Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless, timely, and compliant campaign execution.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools; optimize for maximum impact.
• Manage campaign budgets effectively to ensure strong ROI.
• Deliver post-campaign reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Identify synergies across platforms, markets, and audiences to scale campaigns creatively and efficiently.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or related roles.
• Proven track record in executing data-driven, multi-channel campaigns (e.g., social, search, email, offline).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Outstanding project and time management skills with sharp attention to detail.
