Job Description

The campaign team lead is responsible for spearheading the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns with a strong focus on vertical-based marketing tailored for a Q commerce platform. This role ensures that campaign initiatives align with overall brand strategy, unique vertical dynamics, and business objectives while working closely with cross-functional teams in performance marketing, creative, content, and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and oversee end-to-end campaign strategies across digital, traditional, and social media channels.
  • Create tailored strategies for different verticals (e.g., groceries, fashion, electronics) to address the unique needs and customer behaviors within each segment on the Q commerce platform.
  • Collaborate with campaign specialists and other marketing teams to generate innovative ideas that drive engagement and conversion within each vertical.

Vertical-Based Marketing:

  • Leverage deep market insights to develop targeted marketing strategies for each vertical, ensuring messaging and creative elements resonate with the specific audience and product category.
  • Continuously analyze performance across verticals, adapting strategies to capitalize on emerging trends and shifting consumer preferences unique to Q commerce.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Manage and mentor the campaign team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creative problem-solving and professional growth.
  • Coordinate with other department heads (e.g., Performance Marketing, Creative, Content) to ensure cohesive messaging, particularly when addressing vertical-specific initiatives.

Project Management:

  • Plan, schedule, and manage campaign projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and resource allocations are adhered to.
  • Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed to achieve both overall and vertical-specific campaign goals.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for campaigns and each vertical, regularly analyzing results to gauge success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide detailed performance reports to senior management, offering actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns tailored to vertical markets.

Market & Trend Analysis:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive activities, and consumer behaviors within each vertical to inform and refine marketing strategies.
  • Experiment with new marketing channels and tactics to continually improve campaign effectiveness across the Q commerce platform.
