We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Product Officer (CPO) to join our leadership team. The CPO is responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from product strategy to development, and ensuring that products align with the company’s overall vision and goals. This role plays a crucial part in driving innovation, maximizing market opportunities, and delivering exceptional products that meet customer needs.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Establish a clear vision and set the strategic direction for the product, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business growth objectives, and the overall technology strategy.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from design and launch to building cross-functional partnerships.
- Manage and maintain multiple roadmaps that align with the company’s vision and strategy.
- Define product requirements and roadmaps, considering feasibility, timelines, costs, and overall impact.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and Marketing teams.
- Gain a deep understanding of user and customer needs through research and data analysis.
- Build, lead, and mentor a product team, including product managers, fostering a customer-centric product culture.
- Develop metrics and KPIs to track product success and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement scalable processes and drive innovation throughout the product development cycle.
- Communicate product strategies effectively with internal stakeholders, adjusting priorities based on feedback and collaboration across teams.

- Over 10 years of experience in product leadership roles, spanning both major internet companies and startups.

- Proven history of recruiting and developing high-performing product teams.
