Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure CMMS is in good working condition and the backup system is in place.
  • Regularly check CMMS servers and hardware and resolve any issues.
  • Create maintenance schedules and generate work orders.
  • Monitor spare parts and consumables inventory.
  • Provide analysis of CMMS data on an annual basis (repeated failures of equipment, purchase data, etc.).
  • Create procedural manuals that explain how to do maintenance tasks.
  • Estimate the costs of labor and parts for industrial equipment maintenance.
  • Adjust schedules to account for emergency work.
  • Serve as a liaison between maintenance, operations, and subcontractors.
  • Maintain records and files essential to maintenance management in CMMS.
  • Prepare preventive maintenance plans that are aligned with the organization’s maintenance goals.
  • Share knowledge and experience with other team members and help bring them to a higher level of competence through mutual assistance.

Requirements:

  • For a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, of which at least 3 years should be in CMMS and maintenance planning activities.
  • Knowledge of Maintenance environment and procedures.
  • Familiar with ISO-14224 or ISO-55000.
  • Good knowledge of maintenance planning.
  • Solid knowledge of CMMS and EAM.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of standards and regulations, and Safety-Critical Elements (SCE).
  • Good attitude, communication skills, self-starter with the ability to follow directions and work in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of HSE regulations and procedures.
  • Oil and gas industry multi-disciplinary knowledge.
  • Must be an advanced user of computer skills.
