Ensure CMMS is in good working condition and the backup system is in place.
Regularly check CMMS servers and hardware and resolve any issues.
Create maintenance schedules and generate work orders.
Monitor spare parts and consumables inventory.
Provide analysis of CMMS data on an annual basis (repeated failures of equipment, purchase data, etc.).
Create procedural manuals that explain how to do maintenance tasks.
Estimate the costs of labor and parts for industrial equipment maintenance.
Adjust schedules to account for emergency work.
Serve as a liaison between maintenance, operations, and subcontractors.
Maintain records and files essential to maintenance management in CMMS.
Prepare preventive maintenance plans that are aligned with the organization’s maintenance goals.
Share knowledge and experience with other team members and help bring them to a higher level of competence through mutual assistance.
Requirements:
For a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, of which at least 3 years should be in CMMS and maintenance planning activities.
Knowledge of Maintenance environment and procedures.
Familiar with ISO-14224 or ISO-55000.
Good knowledge of maintenance planning.
Solid knowledge of CMMS and EAM.
Good knowledge and understanding of standards and regulations, and Safety-Critical Elements (SCE).
Good attitude, communication skills, self-starter with the ability to follow directions and work in a team environment.
Knowledge of HSE regulations and procedures.
Oil and gas industry multi-disciplinary knowledge.
