Job Description
Main responsibilities:
Tracked the purchases from the initial order to delivery.
Planned, arranged and managed participation in exhibitions.
Delivered frequent sales reports to top-management
Applied various sales approach due to certain conditions.
Provide management with competitive market information as available from field.
Perform daily routine of all commercial departments including: correspondence ,Order processing, Shipment delivery schedule, Filing, Data processing, Banking transactions, Plan and coordinate custom clearance procedures, Tendering process and bid, Preparing request for quotation and proposal, Reviewed and tracked all the orders for complete, The company foreign partners hospitality.
Plans, leads, manages and participates in sales meetings to ensuring quality, price and time standards are met.
Reviews organization-wide purchasing, Import & Export requirements and current practices in order to devise and implement cost reduction measures through innovative approaches including minimum inventory levels, consolidation of orders to achieve economies of scale, long-term price agreements and synergistic relationships.
Manages and participates in the tendering process ensuring that every effort meeting requirements for quality, competitive pricing and timeliness of delivery.
Works with end-users and suppliers to develop and agree service level standards that deliver tangible benefits to all parties.
Prepares senior management information reports on key procurement, Import & Export activities in order to ensure that senior managers have the information required to support strategic decision making.
