Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including supplier, sales, and marketing contracts.
Maintain scalable contracting processes and templates.
Provide legal advice to sales, marketing, production, and logistics teams on regulatory compliance, and commercial law matters.
Collaborate with all internal stakeholders (including stakeholders in finance, production, sales, marketing, and procurement) to support strategic initiatives and protect the company’s legal interests.
Advise on the legal implications of new policies, procedures, and business strategies.
Processes and project management in the legal department.
Represent the company in legal matters, including dispute resolution and negotiating settlements, and liaise with external lawyers when necessary.
Develop and deliver training sessions to the internal teams on legal best practices and regulatory compliance requirements.
Research changes to the commercial laws and the industry-specific regulations.
Report to the head of the legal department regularly.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Commercial Law, Trade Law, Finance Law, or IP Law.
Solid experience (at least 3 years) specializing in commercial law, either in-house or within a law firm.
Expertise in contract law and the related national regulatory frameworks.
Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
Background in intellectual property and competition law.
Proven experience in managing legal projects.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate legal concepts effectively to non-legal stakeholders.
Good understanding of commercial operations.
