Position: Construction Manager;

Hours: 2 PM - 1 AM (your local time);

An American-based renovation company is seeking an experienced and dynamic remote construction manager to join our team. As a construction manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This is a remote position, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to manage projects and teams from a distance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee construction projects remotely.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.

• Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and reports.
