Job Description

  • Ensure that the plant and equipment are inspected and certified.
  • Comply with all relevant quality and safety procedures.
  • Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with QHSE procedures and requirements.
  • Assist in the maintenance of equipment.
  • Assist in the creation or updating of technical procedures.
  • Maintain vessel and pipeline integrity, make inspection and maintenance plans, propose and execute the vessel and pipeline integrity, prepare inspection and maintenance records and findings, and review and assess all inspection records and findings as and when required.
  • Pipeline Engineering Materials Review, update, and make available all pipeline engineering drawings, documentation, and materials required in daily operation, assessment, modification, and emergency pipeline repair to ensure that all materials are always in updated mode and ready whenever required.
  • Provide HSE leadership to the site team, ensuring the site HSE plans and risk assessments are updated and understood.
  • Support the development of detailed and accurate budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Responsible for inspection/integrity input to asset turnaround (TAR)/shutdown and outage programs.
  • Act as the site-based discipline lead for the inspection process.
  • Review and endorse the inspection report, including recommended or required actions
  • Report inspection results with dedicated inspection software.

Minimum Requirements:

  • University Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Good command of English.
  • Extensive relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
