Job Description
The art director will lead the creative vision for Khanoumi’s marketing campaigns, ensuring all visual content aligns with the brand’s identity and resonates with its target audience. As a key player in Iran’s largest online beauty e-commerce, the Art Director will create captivating designs, oversee creative execution, and develop innovative strategies to elevate Khanoumi’s visual presence across all digital and offline platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Vision and Strategy:
- Define and implement Khanoumi’s creative vision for campaigns, social media, and promotions.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to conceptualize ideas that highlight beauty and well-being products.
- Ensure the creative direction aligns with Khanoumi’s brand identity and speaks to the values of the beauty industry.
Campaign Development:
- Develop and oversee visuals for digital campaigns, including social media, Digital ads, website banners, and app content.
- Lead the creative direction for photoshoots and video production, focusing on aesthetics, trends, and storytelling.
- Create concepts for beauty promotional materials and B2B collaborations.
Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality content.
- Provide feedback and guidance to ensure the creative team delivers consistent and impactful work.
- Foster an environment of collaboration and creativity within the studio team.
Brand Consistency and Innovation:
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets, from social media to web banner design.
- Continuously research beauty e-commerce trends and competitor strategies to keep Khanoumi ahead in visual storytelling.
- Experiment with new design techniques and styles to keep content fresh and engaging.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with other team leads to plan and execute projects efficiently.
- Partner with the marketing team to align creative efforts with strategic goals, such as increasing user engagement and driving sales.
- Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and influencers as needed.
Key Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in creative roles, with at least 2 years as an art director in e-commerce, beauty, or fashion.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and familiarity with photography and videography principles.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce design trends is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
