Job Description
- Lead and direct the creative team in the production of all marketing collateral and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met across various media outlets.
- Oversee the creative process from concept to completion.
- Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary project teams, particularly marketing.
- Lead and participate in creative brainstorming sessions.
- Review work, troubleshoot, and provide feedback to creative teams.
- Manage and cultivate the career development of staff members, including designers, art directors, copywriters, photographers, and web developers.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in a creative leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives.
- Prior experience with copywriting, design, or production.
- Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
- Exceptional leadership and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and justify concepts to clients and team members.
