Job Description
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
Visibility:
- Monitor and report the real-time shelf situation (share of shelves, new launches, and relaunches).
- Monitor the merchandising team's execution.
- Monitor activations and enablers - coolers, POSM, sec. displays in TT.
Trade Promotions:
- Report and analyze the trade promotions vs. the competition.
Customer Definition:
- Implement the customer classification based on the defined criteria.
- Stock list (MSL) preparation and implementation reporting.
Training & Development:
- Provide training and support to sales and merchandising teams on trade marketing strategies and tools.
- Share best practices and insights with internal teams to enhance overall effectiveness.
Requirements:
Education:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in sales or trade marketing.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the FMCG trade landscape, preferably the
- beverage industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage assigned projects and deadlines effectively.
