Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

Visibility:

  • Monitor and report the real-time shelf situation (share of shelves, new launches, and relaunches).
  • Monitor the merchandising team's execution.
  • Monitor activations and enablers - coolers, POSM, sec. displays in TT.

Trade Promotions:

  • Report and analyze the trade promotions vs. the competition.

Customer Definition:

  • Implement the customer classification based on the defined criteria.
  • Stock list (MSL) preparation and implementation reporting.

Training & Development:

  • Provide training and support to sales and merchandising teams on trade marketing strategies and tools.
  • Share best practices and insights with internal teams to enhance overall effectiveness.

Requirements:

Education:

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in sales or trade marketing.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of the FMCG trade landscape, preferably the
  • beverage industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage assigned projects and deadlines effectively.

Skills:

  • Sales acumen.

  • Ability to analyze trends and data.
  • Communication skills.
