Site stakeholders support to definition and deploy the digital roadmap by understanding local digital solutions needs; and engaging with the local IT team for solutions to manage those needs.
In charge of leading local initiatives design and deployment in the Factory/WHs using Digital & Analytics expertise.
Ensuring compliance with Unilever architecture and cyber security requirements, as well as all other relevant digital standards.
Delivery of training for the users of digital systems, as well as training to build basic digital skills (for example, Power BI).
Develop, coach, and mentor Technicians and Production executives on Digital; including creating learning programs, evaluating opportunities, and documenting learnings and best practices.
Drive analytics (descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics products) and reporting for the site, which is key for the continuous improvement journey.
Support site leadership team on governance, change management, communications, and other activities necessary to land the digital and automation transformation.
Contribute to the process of digital and automation best practices sharing across the Unilever supply chain organization.
Fully own PLC and SCADA programs for the site, conduct detailed risk assessment, and deploy actions for mitigation of all risks.
Maintain a strong understanding of IT/OT systems on-site to lead projects falling into both automation and IT domains.
Enhance factory systems integration for enhanced data capturing in line with WCM vision to achieve maximum visibility and zero losses.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering fields (preferred - Electrical, Control, Mechatronics or Computer Science).
At least 2 years of experience in the area of digital and automation solutions development in FMCG/Pharma/Automotive factory operations.
Proven experience in PLC Siemens software development and deployment, preferably in a manufacturing environment also strong understanding of automation systems (PLCs/Servers/Drives/Automation Networks) is required.
The ideal candidate would have developed a fully functional PC or Mobile application(s) end-to-end.
A background in industrial automation is highly desired.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with data engineers and manufacturing teams.
