Job Description
- Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze all campaigns, and provide all statistical feedback to the strategy manager.
- Manage and update all social media platforms.
- Manage and update the fan club.
- Monitor and manage all online conversations.
- Plan and execute web, SEO/SEM, email, and social media routine activities and campaigns.
- Manage all Digital marketing partners and suppliers.
- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Instagram, etc.).
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook, etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website.
- Collaborate with designers to improve user experience.
- Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.).
- Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
- Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.
- Report to the group marketing manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, or Marketing.
- Fluent in English (writing and speaking).
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.
- Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
- Good knowledge of customer orientation, innovation, planning, and reporting skills.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
- Detailed-oriented, having multi-tasking, problem-solving, and organizational management skills.
- Creative thinker, result-oriented, and a good team-player.
