Job Description

• Identifying the needs for implementation in the system.
• Doing the ERP solutions-related technical tests in the assigned field.
• Training the key users and users on the related SAP-ERP modules.
• Collecting, cleaning, and controlling the master data.
• Presenting weekly and daily reports to the manager.
• Supporting key users and users in all phases of the projects.
• Identifying the issues of the system and resolving them.

Requirements:

• Understanding the business processes, solutions, and process improvements that meet business needs across the organization.
• At least a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, or Software Engineering.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Business process management.
• Preferably upper intermediate in English.
• Ideal age range: 25 to 32 years old.
