About the Job:
The purpose of this role is to provide technical assistance with software products and services. This can include troubleshooting issues, providing advice and guidance on how to use products, and helping customers with their technical queries. The role may also involve testing and developing new software products, as well as maintaining existing ones. The goal of software support is to ensure that customers receive the best possible experience when using software products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to customers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software problems.
- Identify solutions to software issues.
- Install and configure software applications.
- Test software functionality.
- Provide training to customers.
- Maintain records of software issues and resolutions.
Requirements:
- A university degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Management, Accounting, or a relevant field.
- At least 1 year of experience in the related area as an individual contributor.
Experience and Knowledge:
- TSQL database skills.
- Strong Financial concepts and good knowledge of IT systems and software.
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend through listening, and speaking.
