Job Description
- Assisting in developing jobs technically from initial Client concept stage - Acting as Project Discipline Engineer, managing complete high complexity Facades projects - Mentoring Graduate Engineers & Engineers working on small scale projects - Providing strong design leadership on facade issues to the rest of the Client's design team - Maintaining and developing good client relations throughout the job - Designing the facade system - Supervision of the projects - Customer consulting - Attending technical meetings - Taking part training programs
Requirements
- BS or MS in mechanical or structural engineering Skill Profile: - The ability to work autonomously or as part of a larger team running multiple projects with other professional engineers, often not under your direct control. - Possessing team leadership, development, marketing and financial management skills. - Work winner with a track record of identifying and converting leads to jobs on significant projects. - The ability to adapt management style appropriately to achieve immediate and longterm goals. - Good awareness of the problems and constraints of the other major design disciplines such as Architectural, Structures, Services, Fire Engineering, Acoustics, and Computer modeling etc.
