DIVISION: QA;
LOCATION: Qazvin, Iran;
REPORTS TO: Factory QA Manager;
Position Intro:

You are supposed to support the factory in effectively and efficiently implementing essential PRPs and other specific food safety requirements as needed, including training and coaching of stakeholders.
Major Responsibilities:
People Development:
- Promote quality and food safety awareness across the factory.
- Contribute to the competence development of other quality specialists and quality technicians in the factory.
System design:
- Define and update the specific quality procedures, instructions, and tools that are directly related to food safety (HACCP) and hygiene (PRPs).
Quality Mastership:
- Supports factory to effectively and efficiently implement and sustain the required PRPs to achieve zero defect, including root cause analysis after incidents (or near misses);
- Have the curiosity and inquisitiveness to know different aspects of the operations in the factory to enable the deployment of resources to facilitate the effective implementation of PRPs;
- Understand the weaknesses and threats to the effectiveness of PRP and other related food safety elements in the factory, and take initiatives to address them; Escalate issues when appropriate to the factory management team;
- Supports activities to achieve compliance with the Nestlé Food Safety Management System requirements and other applicable instructions and standards;
- Take an active role in the management of change that impacts on food safety and hygiene at the shop floor;
- Supports the Nestlé Continuous Excellence program in the quest for zero defects.
- Supports IPM practices and initiatives align with Nestlé standards
- Drive and lead hygiene part of WPS (workplace solution) at the factory level
- Supports activities to achieve compliance with the Nestlé Food Safety Management System requirements and other applicable instructions and standards.
- Deliver training on applicable PRPs to relevant stakeholders in the factory.
Quality Auditing and Verification:
- Conduct audits and verifications of the compliance and effective implementation of PRP and any other food safety elements in the factory according to the needs of the site and the designed food safety programs.
Key Requirements:
- A university graduate or equivalent (preferred food science related).
- Demonstrated competence in their specific field to support business.
- A team member in a factory: quality, production support, and application group.
- A team member in the quality department of the Market, PTC/R&D, Centre, NRC, and NQACs.
- Experience in successfully implementing quality assurance programs.
- Core knowledge of the 10 Nestlé Corporate Business Principles and special knowledge in business principle 2 "Quality assurance and product safety".
- Ability to communicate efficiently internally and externally.
- Ability to build personal relationships with different functions of the value chain based on trust and open communication.
- Developed training skills
- Developed coaching skills.
- Acquire good communication and language (English & Farsi skills).
- Able to work on MS Office.
- Focus on quality and customers and able to provide solutions.
- Able to work in a network, and have analytical skills.
