Job Description

•Review and manage all milk supply documents to maintain accurate and compliant records.
•Conduct regular visits to supplier farms, focusing on those with repeated quality issues, to assess and document performance.
•Analyze root causes of quality deviations and develop corrective action plans for underperforming farms.
•Train and support farm staff on best practices in milk hygiene, animal welfare, and record-keeping to ensure sustained compliance and best practices at farms.
•Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and measure improvements in farm milk quality to ensure milk quality parameters.
•Prepare periodic reports on farm standards, interventions, and results for internal management to make sure if the supplier is qualified to work with continuously.
