The position:

As a Field Market Access (FMA) Executive you will:

  • Collaborate with district sales managers to develop effective National and Regional Market Access Plans as part of the Field Force Business Plan (FFBP).
  • Implement strategies to ensure access to Novo Nordisk's pharmaceutical products in each center and region, including both existing and newly introduced products.
  • Prepare detailed documents and proposals for payers and health authorities, including situational backgrounds, quantitative analyses, and cost-effectiveness articles.
  • Represent the company in centers and regions according to strategic policies, working closely with FF and other departments.
  • Monitor and communicate key National and Regional market intelligence to the Market Access Manager, evaluating risks and opportunities.
  • Deliver core value concepts professionally to enhance patient access and create a compelling value story for health authorities.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Pharma-related fields, Marketing, Economics, or any related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of successful related experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical background.
  • Great communicational skills with public-centric approaches.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments to align strategies and ensure consistency in messaging.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and apply insights in support of Market Access objectives.
  • Proficiency in both oral and written English at an intermediate level is essential.
