Job Description

ZN Vostok (ZNV) seeks an experienced fleet coordinator to join our transport and logistics team in Tehran. The fleet coordinator manages and optimizes the company's vehicle fleet to ensure efficient and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and schedule all fleet operations to ensure timely and efficient transport while complying with regulations.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs to maintain optimal vehicle condition and safety.
• Track and report on fleet performance, including fuel usage, mileage, and costs.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce operational costs and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with drivers and logistic personnel to address issues and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and legal standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fleet management or a related field within the transport and logistics sector.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good communication skills to liaise with drivers and management.
• Familiarity with transportation regulations and vehicle maintenance standards.
• English speaking is a must.
