Job Description

This position will assist in the development of new products. The applicant must have a spirit of hard work and patience to achieve the goals, she/he also needs to be motivated to solve technical challenges.

• Work on new ideas for supplement and drug products.
• Work with laboratory machinery (tablet press, coating, lab instruments, chemical instruments).
• Work with the R&D manager, develop formulations for a variety of dosage forms (capsules, tablets, sachet, etc.) generate new formulations, and source new/existing raw materials for cost analysis and feasibility of formulation.
• Collect, write, and review technical documents such as CTD & regulatory reports.
• Work with laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, dissolution tester, etc.
• Troubleshoot technical, formulation, and processing issues.
• Complete assignments within project-specific timelines.
• Manage R&D project activities by accurately collecting, recording, maintaining, and reporting scientific data.
• Prepare the required documentation for submitting the pharmaceutical dossier to the Ministry of Health including CTDs, SOPs, reports, etc.
• Conduct development and laboratory analysis such as product testing and stability studies.

Requirements:

• Master's degree or higher in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related fields.
• At least 4 years of experience as a formulator in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Age range: 28 to 40 years old.
• Gender: Female/Male.
