To drive the successful rollout of FTTX, revolutionizing high-speed internet connectivity and contributing to the company's growth through company missions.
To develop and maintain effective interwork relationships with other CPG Rollout Sections, CPG Departments, and all Company Divisions and Departments.
To develop a working environment allowing Fiber Rollout to achieve the business targets, employing appropriate best practices in Project Management.
Responsibilities:
To design, maintain, and evolve the project master charter, encompassing internal and external targets for FTTX rollout. Regularly update the charter and Gantt chart to preserve visibility and project synchronization.
To attend and manage high-level negotiations with permission parties (government or any regulator or entity that issues permission for delivery of project) to result in favor of company strategic objectives.
To develop and execute comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for Fiber deployments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
To collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams and Field Coordination Partners to ensure the seamless execution of FTTX projects in strict adherence to MTNi regulations and standards.
To monitor the FTTX project's progress and identify potential risks, take proactive measures to mitigate issues, and ensure project timelines are met.
To liaise strategically with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure precision in the procurement and timely delivery of critical materials and services.
To ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and quality standards throughout all project phases.
To generate comprehensive reports and meticulously track project progress, diligently addressing any backlog or impediments that threaten project delivery timelines
To conduct and chair regular project status meetings with the team and stakeholders fostering transparent and open communication.
To identify avenues for refining and optimizing Fiber deployment workflows, consistently aiming for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
To manage to maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, adhering to internal guidelines and ensuring transparency.
To actively participate in lessons-learned sessions and utilize insights to enhance future project implementations.
To collaborate closely with customer-facing teams, harnessing feedback to elevate service quality and decision-making.
To attend FTTX committees, aligned with FTTX program specifications and the C levels guidance.
To provide support to the CPG Project Support Office (PSO) concerning required reports and information updates.
To provide support to all projects including core, IP & and efficient interaction to achieve core /IP transmission project goals.
To visit project sites in person from time to time and ensure the project schedule is being followed as planned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or related fields.
An MBA graduate; a Master's degree is advantageous.
At least 5 years of experience in managing telecommunications projects, preferably with Fiber deployments.
Proven track record of successful project delivery, team leadership, and stakeholder management.
