Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Create Visual Content: Design eye-catching graphics for digital platforms (social media, website, email campaigns) and print materials (brochures, flyers, presentations) that captivate and engage audiences.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the brand’s visual guidelines, delivering a cohesive and professional look across all channels.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, social media, and product teams to conceptualize and produce high-impact visual content for campaigns, contributing to our overall marketing strategy.
• Social Media Design: Create engaging posts, banners, and ads for social media platforms, enhancing our online presence and driving audience engagement.
• Innovate and Experiment: Stay ahead of design trends, exploring new tools and techniques—including AI tools—to create fresh and innovative designs that set us apart from competitors.
• Review and Revise: Take constructive feedback and iterate designs as needed, ensuring high-quality output under tight deadlines.
• Trend Awareness: Monitor and analyze the creative strategies of leading brands, adapting insights to inform your design approach and content creation.

Requirements:

• Experience: More than 5 years of hands-on experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your creativity, technical expertise, and versatility in both 2D and 3D design.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools; skills in motion graphics or video editing (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) are highly desirable.
• Creative Vision: A strong sense of visual storytelling, with the ability to transform concepts into impactful designs that capture the audience’s attention.
• Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail, color, typography, and layout, ensuring designs are polished, professional, and effective.
• Team Player: Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability: Comfort in receiving feedback and making adjustments to meet project needs and deadlines, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with AI Tools: Knowledge of AI tools for enhancing content creation and graphic design, streamlining processes, and improving output quality.
• Fluency in English: Strong communication skills with fluency in English, both written and verbal, are essential for effective collaboration and execution of tasks.
