Compile and prepare detailed reports, presentations, and communication materials for multiple projects within the PMO.
Utilize strong PowerPoint design skills to create visually compelling and informative presentations for diverse stakeholder groups.
Serve as a liaison between the PMO and external contractors, and various departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the organization.
Assist in organizing and facilitating cross-functional project-related meetings, workshops, and follow-up activities.
Ensure timely and accurate communication of project updates to relevant stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables for various projects, providing regular updates to project advisors, stakeholders, and department heads.
Collaborate with project advisors and department heads to organize project launch events and ensure all necessary materials and logistics are in place.
Gradually take on responsibility for independently managing smaller projects, from planning through to execution and closure.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Communications, Business, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a project support or coordination role, preferably in business management, marketing, advertising agencies, or the pharmaceutical industry.
Proven experience in supporting project management activities and coordinating between multiple departments and stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (such as PMBOK, Agile, Lean, or PRINCE2) is a plus.
