Job Description

  • Compile and prepare detailed reports, presentations, and communication materials for multiple projects within the PMO.
  • Utilize strong PowerPoint design skills to create visually compelling and informative presentations for diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Serve as a liaison between the PMO and external contractors, and various departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the organization.
  • Assist in organizing and facilitating cross-functional project-related meetings, workshops, and follow-up activities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication of project updates to relevant stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
  • Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables for various projects, providing regular updates to project advisors, stakeholders, and department heads.
  • Collaborate with project advisors and department heads to organize project launch events and ensure all necessary materials and logistics are in place.
  • Gradually take on responsibility for independently managing smaller projects, from planning through to execution and closure.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Communications, Business, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a project support or coordination role, preferably in business management, marketing, advertising agencies, or the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven experience in supporting project management activities and coordinating between multiple departments and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (such as PMBOK, Agile, Lean, or PRINCE2) is a plus.
