Job Description

Digiexpress is looking for a Growth Specialist to join the Business Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing growth campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, manage lead generation initiatives, analyze campaign performance, and deliver actionable insights that drive business results.

Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and manage customer acquisition, lead generation, and growth marketing campaigns across different channels.
Develop campaign strategies, objectives, target audiences, and success metrics.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize activities based on data and business outcomes.
Analyze campaign results, conversion funnels, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful campaign execution.
Support media planning, media buying, and campaign operations.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and benchmarking studies to identify trends and best practices.
Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research projects to support growth initiatives.
Develop research tools such as surveys, questionnaires, and interview guides.
Prepare analytical reports, dashboards, and recommendations for management.
Contribute to marketing content development, campaign messaging, and communication materials.
Track project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and stakeholder communications.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Campaign Management, Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Demand Generation, or related roles.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and customer acquisition strategies.
Experience in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns.
Familiarity with performance metrics, conversion funnels, and campaign analytics.
Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination abilities.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Professional proficiency in both Persian and English.
