We seek a highly skilled and results-oriented province growth marketing team lead to join our provincial growth team. The ideal candidate will drive customer retention and acquisition, conversion, optimizing budgets, leveraging data-driven insights, optimizing digital marketing channels, and utilizing ECRM to drive Province order growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a proven track record in digital marketing within the e-commerce sector.
Job Description:
- Build and manage acquisition and retention marketing, overseeing all paid acquisition efforts managing budgets, and developing and managing digital and traditional marketing.
- Plan, execute, and manage channels, including ECRM, SEO, Display Ads, and Affiliates.
- Develop and oversee marketing automation strategy.
- Set up, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
- Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs.
- Conduct regular conversion rate optimization audits and execute A/B tests to improve conversion rates across the digital channels.
- Analyze performance to understand the details and effectiveness of each campaign, adopt a continual test-and-learn approach to all performance marketing activities, and provide insights and analysis on digital marketing performance to make number-driven decisions based on this analysis.
- Develop efficiency metrics and continuously drive down CAC and CPO.
- Work closely with marketing insight, performance, market research, product, operation, and analytics teams, to ensure cohesive execution of marketing strategies.

- In-depth knowledge of current digital trends.
- Experience in digital marketing, or a related field.
- Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data.
- Experience in campaign development, and execution of successful performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively as an excellent team player across departments.
- 2+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on demand generation, growth marketing, or e-commerce.
