Perform high-level, day-to-day operational administration of complex multi-user environments including user management, authentication, audits, patches, and upgrades.
Lead helpdesk team, manage support tasks, and ensure smooth user experience of IT systems.
Ensure server room operation, systems health, and performance.
Implement best practices and changes according to policies, escalate problems, and follow its completion.
Cooperate with other team members to complete IT projects.
Train other team members in the day-to-day operational support duties related to IT systems and infrastructure.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, or related fields.
Technical knowledge of virtualization, virtual desktop, and related infrastructure (VCP).
Technical knowledge of server room standards and maintenance.
Technical knowledge of VoIP systems.
Experience working with HP servers and Cisco Switches.
Technical knowledge of storage and backup systems.
Technical knowledge of security best practices, systems, and network hardening.
Coordinate, schedule, and perform software installations and patch management.
Develop, and implement, standard operating procedures.
Experience working with monitoring systems and log analysis.
Knowledge of network (CCNA is a must, CCNP is a plus).
Experience with managing operating systems and configuration, comprehensive knowledge of Windows Server services (ADDS, DNS, DHCP, DFS, WSUS, NPS).
Operational experience with Vmware Esxi, Vcenter, and Vmware Horizon; installing and configuring Backup Services (Veeam Backup and Replication).
