Job Description

• Monitor the implementation of the plan for repair, reconstruction, operation, and diagnostics of mechanical equipment.
• Ensure reliable and trouble-free operation of process equipment, lifting machines and mechanisms for site facilities, through timely maintenance and repair work.
• Delegate any maintenance and repair issues that need to be resolved.
• Adhere to daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of the site.
• Participate in the development of a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, and plan missed maintenance activities.
• Monitor the timeliness and quality of technical maintenance and repair of equipment and mechanisms for site facilities.
• Prepare initial data for the construction, reconstruction, and repair of mechanical equipment (technical specifications, technical conditions, defective statements, etc.);
• Participate in testing and acceptance of equipment and mechanisms into industrial operation.
• Сontrol over the preparation of repair work in terms of providing the necessary spare parts and materials.
• Ensure the development of consumption standards for spare parts and materials for the repair and maintenance of equipment.
• Control execution of requests for equipment, spare parts, and materials.
• Organize incoming quality control of equipment, spare parts, and materials.
• Control over the movement of equipment and timely inventory of mechanical equipment.
• Monitor the dynamics of mechanical equipment accidents. Implementation of measures to reduce accidents.
• Monitor compliance by site mechanical service personnel with health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures; technical regulations; production instructions for operation, maintenance and repair; passports of equipment manufacturers; regulatory and technical documentation;
• Participate in investigations of accidents, incidents, etc. at facilities and equipment.
• Undertake continuous training and development.
• Use and training of the software complexes.
