Job Description

• Devise and establish a roadmap for IT policies and systems, to support the implementation of strategies according to current and future needs.
• Planning and implementation of IT projects including the design and deployment of systems and services, related to network and hardware, communications, software development, websites and social networks, security of data, and backup systems.
• Lead the implementation of integrated business system solutions (ERP) and knowledge management systems for functions within the business.
• Create the necessary structures, standardize the relevant workflows, and document and prepare relevant process guides as needed.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery plans, backup and recovery policies, and technical documentation procedures for all IT services to avoid business disruption in an emergency.
• Direct departmental daily operations, analyze workflow, establish priorities, develop standards and set deadlines.
• Identify potential problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
• Continuous analysis of current processes, technologies and vendors to identify areas of improvement based on organizational strategies and established goals.
• Provide support and create rational strategies for upgrading the company's hardware and software whenever a new update is available or whenever required.
• Prepare and review operational reports or project progress reports.
