Summary

The Healthcare System Partner (Market Access) is primarily responsible to challenge and shape the healthcare system in service of better health outcomes for more patients faster in a sustainable way to society.
The Healthcare System Partner (Market Access) reports to the Ecosystem Enabler.

You will be responsible for:

- Act as the primary, trusted bridge between Roche and the healthcare system; map, engage, and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive healthcare innovation and co-create patient-centered solutions.
- Design and execute robust strategies to secure timely patient access, leading the formulary listing and reimbursement process by developing strong payer value propositions, health-economic dossiers, and alternative pricing models.
- Continuously monitor local regulations, competitive dynamics, and policy changes to identify trends, adapt global access initiatives to the local environment, and proactively shape a favorable healthcare landscape.
- Live the Visionary, Architect, Coach, and Catalyst (VACC) model—mobilizing internal experts, sharing ecosystem insights to influence strategy, and pulling in local/regional network resources to resolve complex access bottlenecks.
- Conduct critical portfolio optimization trade-offs (price, volume, launch sequence) and ecosystem engagements in strict compliance with IFPMA guidelines, local pharmaceutical codes, and Roche's core business principles.

Who You Are

- You hold a university degree: Physician, Pharmacist, Veterinarian or relevant paramedical education
- You have a deep understanding of the healthcare system, Market access, processes and governance.
- You have a minimum 3 years of working experience in the Access field.
- You have excellent business acumen with desired expertise in commercialization and customer experience excellence
- You have excellent cross- functional leadership experience in both formulating cross-functional strategies and orchestrating cross-functional teams is desirable.
- You are a System thinker and deep listener.
- You are Fluent in Farsi and English (spoken and written).
- Military service completion or exemption required for male candidates.
