Job Description

  • Install and operate all computer equipment.
  • Support, upgrade, and maintain all equipment.
  • Diagnose users' hardware and software problems.
  • Communicate with all users in order to provide the necessary guidance.
  • Respond to calls and handle user requests in the ticketing system.

Requirements

  • Proficient in computer hardware and troubleshooting computer hardware.
  • Proficient in installing the operating system and application software and activating and troubleshooting the software.
  • Proficient in Network Plus and Network Concepts (Active and Passive).
  • Proficient in MCSE and MCITP concepts.
  • Getting to know the basic concepts of VoIP and VDI services to discover and solve user problems.
  • Enough skills and experience in setting up and troubleshooting office machines.
