Job Description
- Install and operate all computer equipment.
- Support, upgrade, and maintain all equipment.
- Diagnose users' hardware and software problems.
- Communicate with all users in order to provide the necessary guidance.
- Respond to calls and handle user requests in the ticketing system.
Requirements
- Proficient in computer hardware and troubleshooting computer hardware.
- Proficient in installing the operating system and application software and activating and troubleshooting the software.
- Proficient in Network Plus and Network Concepts (Active and Passive).
- Proficient in MCSE and MCITP concepts.
- Getting to know the basic concepts of VoIP and VDI services to discover and solve user problems.
- Enough skills and experience in setting up and troubleshooting office machines.
